High-Rigidity Brass Cushion Press Pads
Maximum Thermal Conductivity Copper Pads

Engineered for Uncompromising Lamination Quality.
Established in 2005, ANDA is a dedicated manufacturer specializing in high-performance industrial press pads, silicone cushion systems, and specialized cushion wire. With nearly two decades of industry experience, we provide tailored hot-press solutions to global manufacturing clients.
Our Engineering Approach
We design for complete equipment integration—combining high-temperature material selection, in-house wire drawing, and custom CAD notch cutting to match your plant’s exact press plate dimensions.
Our Global Advantage
Equipped with global manufacturing capabilities up to 3,300mm widths, we supply fully EU PPWR-compliant packaged products to clients across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

OUR FOUR CORE PRODUCT LINES
Heavy Alloy & High Conductivity Cushioning
Engineered for MDF, OSB, HPL, and door skin hot press lines. Features $3200\text{–}4800\text{ g/m}^2$ densities with 3%–5% contraction
Delicate Panel Lamination & Spare Parts
Available in 3mm and 5mm thicknesses with 0% contraction. Ideal for tech wood veneer and super-thin MDF pressing, supplied with wool felt and wire mesh spare parts.
High-Temperature Thermal Durability
Designed at $2800\text{ g/m}^2$ density with low 2% contraction for extended pressing cycles on HPL and fireproofing board lines.
Upstream OEM Wire Drawing
Premium brass and copper cushion wire drawn directly in-house. Supplied as high-grade raw components to international press pad weaving peers.
Frequently Asked Technical Questions
ANDA manufactures high-grade brass cushion press pads, copper cushion press pads, Aramid press pads, silicone press pads, and upstream brass/copper cushion wire. We also supply spare assembly components including wool felt pads and steel wire mesh.
Our press pads deliver uniform heat and buffering for MDF, OSB, HPL lamination, plywood, door skin production lines, building template hot presses, technological wood veneer pressing, and super-thin MDF press machines.
Brass cushion pads offer higher alloy rigidity to minimize tearing risks. Copper cushion pads provide approximately 5% higher thermal conductivity at equivalent density, making them ideal for high-speed continuous lamination lines.
